Navigon 2210 output error(1140)

I have got a problem with updating my software. This error 1140 is always blocking me from updating the GPS. What should I do?

Imam problem sa updateom mog GPS. Uvjek mi napiše taj error in ne možem, da updatejtam! Šta, da napravim?

This is the fault of NAVIGON Fresh and it's by
that this program requires the computer to the temporary data in the
C: \ Documents and Settings \ * User Account * \ Local
Settings \ Temp.
* User Account * - the component may not be the letters with accents
(ěščřž). This simple but it is not correct,
So I recommend to update the data to another computer.

da je ta program zahteva od računalnika začasni podatki v
C: \ Documents and Settings \ * User Account * \ Local
Settings \ Temp.
* User Account * - komponente ne sme biti črke z naglasi
(ěščřž). Ta preprost, a ni pravilen,
Zato vam priporočam, da posodobite podatke na drug računalnik.
